At Pilestone, we want you to experience the world in full color with absolute confidence. If our color blind glasses do not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 60 days of purchase provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Package Your Glasses

  Place the glasses, protective case, and microfiber cloth back into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
